HOW TO USE

Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner: Line eyes by twisting base to dispense product. After use, retract and firmly replace to prevent the formula from drying out.
Scattered Light Glitter Eyeshadow: Using your fingertips, apply all over eyelid and layer for more intensity.
Unlocked Instant Extensions Mascara: Starting at the base of the lashes, pull brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length, and lift.
